Summary

The compact design isn’t particularly ground breaking, but you’ll find your way around easily. The gaming experience is smooth, and it all loads quickly.

Our Review of Magic Red Casino

Magic Red is a solid instant play casino that is packed with slots and instant games. This casino meets all the expectations with its large repertoire of games from diverse software providers, including NetEnt, Microgaming, iSoftbet, Blueprint Gaming, Pariplay and more. There are even exclusive slots you won’t find elsewhere. A live casino is also available when you’re in the mood for table and card games.

One detail we did find missing was that there was no Jackpot section in the Games menu, even though the casino does have a few jackpot games. Other than this minor point, Magic Red is very much a standard online casino that’s easy to play at. Magic Red is licenced by the UK Gambling Commission and the Malta Gaming Authority.

History

Magic Red dates back to 2014, and since its launch they have gained a steady player base in Scandinavia, Germany and the UK. The company is owned by EXIT 42, and the casino itself is powered by Aspire Global Gaming. The background here is reputable and the team is known for its professional delivery.

Style and Feel of Site

In terms of look and feel, Magic Red is clean and organised. There is a plethora of games which you’ll see right when you land on the site, and you can switch between the game categories quickly via the menu bar at the bottom. The compact design isn’t particularly ground breaking, but you’ll find your way around easily. The gaming experience is smooth, and it all loads quickly.

VIP Offering

VIP status at Magic Red is divided into 7 levels. Membership is automatic, and as you play you will collect points to move up the levels. As you climb up the ladder, you’ll enjoy free games every Sunday, invitations to exclusive VIP tournaments, bonuses and cash back offers. At the higher levels, the withdrawal process will be sped up, and there will also be an account manager assigned to ensure that you have the best experience, and who’ll also tailor special offers for you.

Mobile & Tablet Review of Magic Red

JustSlots says:

Magic Red uses an instant-play platform for its mobile casino. That means you don’t have to download an app. From your phone or tablet’s browser, go to Magic Red’s website, log in with your existing credentials and start playing. When you land on their homepage, the Game menu is a white bar, sitting below the pictures of the different offers. Sadly, Magic Red did not add a Game menu function to its menu in the settings section on the side, and you can only do a Game search from there. It could have been a bit better designed, but it’s not a deal breaker.

Games & Software available at Magic Red

When it comes to games at Magic Red, the highlight is on slots and scratch cards. The goods come from a veritable mix of software providers. Beyond the usual Microgaming and Netent titles, there are also games from Lightning Box, Pragmatic Play, BetSoft, Habanero Systems, Tom Horn Gaming and other developers on the rise. The games are largely organised as follows:

Video Slots: From favourites like Aloha Cluster Pays, Thunderstruck II, Bonanza, Jungle Jim, and the hilarious Ted video slot to newer games like Shuffle Bots by Realistic Gaming, Justice Machine by 1×2, and Happy Birds by iSoftBet, the choice is wild and diverse. There is a heap of themes as well as games with different kinds of bonus features to choose from.

Classic: Somewhat confusingly, the Classic section is not going to pull up classic slots. Sure, there are some fruit machines, but it seems that Classic at Magic Red means top performing slots like Starburst and Asgardian Stones.

Casino Games: This is not Magic Red’s forte, but you’ll still fine enough Blackjack, Roulette and other games like Baccarat Squeeze and 3 Cards Solitaire for some casual play. Many of the games are available via its Live Casino, which is manned by a beautiful team of live dealers.

Scratch Cards: The stash here is exceptionally rich with tons of scratch cards covering all sorts of themes. Choose from Secrets of El Dorado, Wings of Cash, Bingo, Numero Uno, Euroball, Horoscope and a whole lot more. There are lots of chances for some small but quick and easy wins here. A quick word about progressive jackpots. Yes, Magic Red does have jackpot games although there doesn’t seem to be a Jackpot section in their menu.

The selection is sparse though and is missing the usual millionaire makers like Mega Moolah and so on. However, there are some jackpots from Lightning Box such as Dolphin’s Gold that could make you independently wealthy with one lucky spin.

Deposits & Withdrawals at Magic Red

It’s all pretty average when it comes to deposits and withdrawals at Magic Red. You have the usual Paysafe, Neteller, Skrill, Entropay, plus credit cards and bank transfer, and it’s best to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals to ensure a speedy cash out process. Note that you can’t cash out with Mastercard and if that is your deposit method, you would have to use another payment method to withdraw. Withdrawals have a pending period of 48 hours, which isn’t fantastic, but isn’t far from the industry standard either.
